中国葛洲坝集团公司是国务院国资委直接管理的国有大型企业,集团拥有水利水电工程总承包特级资质和30个专业工程承包一级资质,主要从事水利、水电、火电、核电、公路、市政、工业与民用建筑、机场、港口等工程项目的承包施工。在后金融危机时代,葛洲坝集团上下一心、努力拼搏,各个下属分公司都取得了前所未有的骄人业绩。而作为企业的核心工作之一——财务会计管理,在其中发挥着举足轻重的作用,总会计师更是责任重大。成绩的取得,既是集团以科学发展观为指引,战略正确、策略得当、措施得力的必然结果,也与集团财务管理工作者的科学管理、与时俱进密不可分。当前我国经济环境的客观现实使得企业面临诸多风险,在调整企业战略中财务管理更是应当重点加强的部分。因此,本期CFO论坛特邀请中国葛洲坝集团机械船舶有限公司总会计师侯华庆,针对葛洲坝集团的财务运作探讨总会计师在企业财务管理中应发挥的重要战略作用。
China Gezhouba Group Co., Ltd. is a state-owned large-scale enterprise directly managed by the SASAC of the State Council. The Group has the qualification of general contracting of water conservancy and hydropower projects and the qualification of contracting of 30 professional projects. It is mainly engaged in water conservancy, hydropower, thermal power, nuclear power, road, municipal, Civil construction, airports, ports and other projects contracted construction. In the post-financial crisis era, Gezhouba Group worked hard and worked hard. All subordinate branches have made remarkable achievements.
