Baoding Swan Co., Ltd. recently signed a contract with Gemma, a subsidiary of the German mg-technology group, for its assistance in the construction of the Lyocell staple fiber production plant. The total contract price exceeds 120 million euros. The factory will adopt the eco-friendly Lyocell fiber production process developed by Gema, which will produce 30,000 tons of short fiber per year upon completion. In addition to providing technical workmanship, Gema is also responsible for the overall engineering design and is responsible for providing equipment to guide the installation and commissioning.
