我矿-430中段建有2个4000m3的水仓,由于泥浆的淤积,使水仓的有效容积逐渐减小,为此,需对水仓定期清泥。以前采用2DGN-30/8油隔离泥浆泵做为清泥设备,不但周期长,而且电能及备件的消耗大,很不经济。改为XAZ60/1000压滤机清泥,取得较好的效果,现将两种方法比较如下。
My mine -430 mid-section has two 4000m3 water tank, due to siltation of mud, so that the effective volume of water storage tanks gradually reduce, for which, the need to clean the silos on a regular basis. In the past, the 2DGN-30/8 oil-isolated mud pump was used as a mud-cleaning equipment, which not only has a long period but also consumes large amounts of electric energy and spare parts and is uneconomical. Change to XAZ60 / 1000 filter press mud, get better results, now the two methods are as follows.
