当历史的年轮又扩展一圈之时,《中国钢笔书法》杂志屈指22岁啦。记得1985年5月间,在省府大楼的一间不大的可称之为“陋室”的房子里,几个热心人着手创办这本杂志,一切从无开始,七手八脚地忙碌一阵子之后,终于诞生了,作为垦荒者着实艰辛!同年,共青团浙江省委48号文件批准成立“中华青年钢笔书法协会”,杂志为协会会刊。三年后,即1988年,杂志由当时的《东方青年》总编辑李君旭兼任主编,中华青年钢笔书法协会秘书长胡嘉廷任副主编并处理全部日常编务工作,正式的编辑人员只有郑鸣、姚建杭、陈海婷三人。从同年的第三期起,姚建杭任编辑部主任。
