目的:探讨元胡止痛胶囊治疗偏头痛的疗效及作用机理。方法:建立利血平化低5-羟色胺(5-HT)小鼠偏头痛模型,给予元胡止痛胶囊灌胃治疗5天,以佐米曲普坦为西药阳性对照药物,正天丸为中药阳性对照药物。酶联免疫分析法测定小鼠血浆和脑组织中5-HT、多巴胺(DA)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)的含量。结果:利血平化低5-HT偏头痛模型小鼠血浆及脑组织5-HT含量明显降低,脑组织中DA含量明显升高。元胡止痛胶囊可提高模型小鼠血浆和脑组织5-HT的含量,降低脑组织DA的含量,对NE无明显影响。结论:元胡止痛胶囊可以提高偏头痛模型小鼠血浆及脑组织5-HT的含量,降低脑组织DA的含量,以调整脑部血管舒缩功能,调节中枢神经痛调制机能,减弱神经性炎症。通过以上机制发挥治疗偏头痛的作用。
Objective: To investigate the curative effect and mechanism of Yuanhu Zhitong Capsule on migraine. Methods: The model of reserpine-induced 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT) mice migraine was established. The rats were treated with Yuanhu Zhitong capsule for 5 days. Zolmitriptan was the western medicine positive control medicine. Positive control drug. The contents of 5-HT, DA and NE in plasma and brain of mice were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results: Reserpine 5-HT migraine model mouse plasma and brain tissue 5-HT levels were significantly reduced, DA content was significantly increased brain tissue. Yuanhuzhitong capsule can increase the content of 5-HT in plasma and brain of model mice and decrease the content of DA in brain tissue, but have no obvious effect on NE. CONCLUSION: Yuanhu Zhitong Capsule can improve the content of 5-HT in plasma and brain of migraine model mice, decrease the content of DA in brain tissues, regulate the vasomotor function of the brain, regulate the modulation function of central neuralgia, and attenuate the neurogenic inflammation . Through the above mechanism to play the role of migraine treatment.
