当今,越来越多的企业也开始重视员工的培训投入人力、物力,建立自己的培训体系。确实,员工培训是现代人力资源管理中的重要组成部分,是企业提升员工综合素质的方法之一,也是企业着眼于长期发展战略必须进行的工作之一。但是轰轰烈烈的培训工作开展起来了,大笔的经费投进去了,却收效甚微。事实证明,如果没有一套高效的培训管理模式,轰轰烈烈的背后,很可能是流于形式。本文对培训体系的4个关键点进行分析,企图完善企业的培训流程已达到培训效果。
