本文提出了目标传递函数矩阵的概念,用它表示多变量控制系统期望的性能指标,用参数最优化的方法导出了一种多变量 PID 控制频域设计方法。在设计的闭环系统中,它的频率响应几乎与目标阵相同,输出具有满意的瞬态性能,稳态无余差。设计方法被用于纸机定量和水分控制系统设计,取得了预期的效果。该系统已在工厂里安装并投入长期运行。
In this paper, the concept of objective transfer function matrix is proposed, which is used to represent the desired performance index of multivariable control system. A multivariable PID control frequency domain design method is derived by parameter optimization. In the design of the closed-loop system, its frequency response is almost the same as the target array, the output has satisfactory transient performance, steady-state no margin. The design method was used to design the paper machine quantitative and moisture control system and achieved the expected results. The system has been installed in the factory and put into long-term operation.
