为测定 Ledermix 与氢氧化钙羧甲基纤维素混合糊剂对其皮质类固醇和抗生素成分的释放和弥散的影响,作者采用1名24岁男性志愿者的8只牙(其中1只牙作对照),经常规根管制备后行二药等量混合糊剂根管充填,并对4名15岁～65岁患者的10只牙行单独 Le-dormix 糊剂的根管充填作比较。结果显示,混合根充后药物活性成分的释放率较低。作者认为混合糊剂的抗炎作用较强,可减少根管换药的次数,较 Lodermix 糊剂单用于根管治疗中更为有效。
To determine the effect of mixed paste of Ledermix and calcium carboxymethylcellulose on the release and dispersion of its corticosteroid and antibiotic components, the authors used 8 teeth from a 24-year-old male volunteer (1 of which served as a control) , And regular root canal preparation was performed with the same amount of mixed paste root canal filling, and the root canal filling of 10 teeth of 4 patients aged 15-65 years with Le-dormix paste alone was compared.
