新疆自治区加大学前双语教师培训力度,招聘选拔一批学历高的准幼儿双语教师赴内地高校接受职前培训,以期在内地语言环境熏陶下取得较大成绩。通过采用个案研究法,调查内地某高校新疆学前双语教师职前培训状况,针对问题分析影响因素,提出有针对性的建议:发挥专业发展自主性,提高语言综合运用能力;明确培训目标,增强培训课程的针对性;增加实习活动,建立有组织的实训体系,以期培养出合格的双语兼通的准幼儿教师。
The Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region has stepped up its training of pre-school bilingual teachers and recruited and recruited a group of bilingual teachers with high academic qualifications to go to mainland universities for pre-service training with a view to achieving greater success under the influence of the Mainland’s language environment. Through case study, this paper investigates the status of pre-service training for pre-school bilingual teachers in a university in Xinjiang, and puts forward some suggestions according to the influential factors of the problem analysis: to develop the autonomy of professional development and improve the ability of comprehensive use of language; to clarify the training objectives and enhance the training Courses targeted; increase internship activities, the establishment of an organized training system, with a view to cultivating qualified bilingual teachers of all ages.
