当前,我国经济体制改革的重点是深化国有企业改革、建立现代企业制度。这是一项十分浩大、复杂的社会系统工程,涉及范围广,问题多,不仅需要企业自身的努力,而且需要外部环境与之综合配套,协调进行。就目前企业外部环境而言,总的来说是比较宽松的。但是,随着企业改革的不断深入,一些深层次矛盾的解决对外部环境提出了更高的要求。因此,尽快改善建立现代企业制度的外部环境,为企业发展创造良好环境,已成为当务之急。 At present, the focus of China’s economic system reform is to deepen the reform of state-owned enterprises and establish a modern enterprise system.
