建立与发展社会主义市场经济体制,要求政府的经济管理职能、方式尤其是计划管理职能与方式实现重大转变。建立与社会主义市场经济相适应的宏观经济调控体系及理论,是当前经济管理部门与经济学界面临的重大课题。最近,华东地区高等院校计划学研究会召开学术研讨会,来自华东地区及北京的十五所院校的代表围绕着上述问题以及新形势下计划学教学体系改革等一系列问题展开了热烈讨论。关于社会主义市场经济条件下政府的经济管理职能、方式,如何建立与市场经济相适应的宏观 Establishing and developing a socialist market economic system calls for major changes in the government’s economic management functions and methods, and in particular in the planning and management functions and modes. Establishing a macroeconomic regulation and control system and theory that is compatible with the socialist market economy is a major issue currently faced by economic management departments and economists. Recently, the symposium on Planning for Higher Education in East China held a seminar. Representatives from 15 institutions in East China and Beijing organized a series of heated discussions on the above issues as well as a series of issues concerning the reform in the planning education system in the new situation . On the Government’s Economic Management Functions and Methods under the Condition of Socialist Market Economy and How to Establish a Macro-economy in Accordance with the Market Economy
