自从我国1989年开始了运用转让土地使用权的方式来获取财政资金的先例之后,各地区逐渐开始依赖土地财政来提高本地区的经济,并在改善本地区基础设施、引进投资项目和优化本地区产业结构上起到了积极地促进作用。但是,由于部分地区政府过分的依赖土地财政来改善民生,使得土地财政当中也逐渐出现了制约经济可持续增长的不良现象。本文就将针对土地财政与经济可持续增长之间关系、影响因素进行深入的探讨,并对经济可持续增长指出相应的土地财政选择方向。
Since our country started the precedent of obtaining financial funds through the transfer of land use rights in 1989, various regions gradually began to rely on land finance to improve the economy of their own regions. They also improved their infrastructure in the region, introduced investment projects and optimized the region Industrial structure has played a positive role in promoting. However, due to the over-reliance on land finance by some local governments to improve people’s livelihood, the land finance has also gradually emerged a phenomenon that restricts the sustainable economic growth. This paper will conduct an in-depth discussion on the relationship and influencing factors between land finance and sustainable economic growth and point out the corresponding direction of land finance choice for sustainable economic growth.
