作者发现分布于中国云南省的长柄七叶树 Aesculus assamica Griff.根的乙醇提取物对大鼠和3T3-L1脂肪细胞具胰岛素样活性,并从该提取物中分得2个新的三萜皂苷assamicin Ⅰ(1)和Ⅱ(2)。该植物根的乙醇提取物用 Sep—Pak C_(18)柱分离,得粗皂苷部位,其80%甲醇洗脱部位用带有 Capcell-Pak C_(18)柱的反相 HPLC 依次在碱性条件和酸性条件下进。一步精制得化合物1和2。化合物1为白色粉末,C_(55)H_(86)O_(23),结构为21-O-当归酰基-28-O-乙酰基-原七叶
The authors found that the ethanol extract of Aesculus assamica Griff. roots of the buckeye buckeye tree in Yunnan Province of China had insulin-like activity on rat and 3T3-L1 adipocytes, and two new triterpenoids were obtained from the extract. Saponins assayin I (1) and II (2). The ethanol extract of the plant root was separated on a Sep-Pak C18 column to obtain a crude saponin fraction, and the 80% methanol elution site was reverse-phased HPLC with a Capcell-Pak C18 column in turn under alkaline conditions. Under acidic conditions. One-step purification gives compounds 1 and 2. Compound 1 is a white powder, C_(55)H_(86)O_(23), structure is 21-O-angelica-28-O-acetyl-formulae
