近10年来,为了改善郊县供水水质、提高供水服务水平,上海市水务局如火如荼的在全市范围开展了供水集约化工程。在供水集约化过程中,原乡镇水厂管网的产销差偏高是一个普遍现象,有些乡镇水厂的产销差甚至超过50%;而产销差的很大一部分就是由管网漏损造成的。为了降低管网漏损率,很多供水企业采用彻底更新翻拍现状给水管道这种费时耗财的方式。本文提出将管网DMA技术应用到供水集约化当中,将集约化区域分成若干独立的计量区块,逐块查找管网的漏损点;修补漏损点或翻拍漏损严重的区域的给水管道。通过在上海市某区域供水集约化中的实践,证明该方法积极有效,大大降低了原有给水管道的漏损率,同时节约了供水企业的建设成本。
In the past 10 years, in order to improve the quality of water supply in suburban counties and improve the level of water supply services, the Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Water Supplies has launched intensive water supply projects throughout the city in full swing. In this paper, the pipe network DMA technology is applied to the water supply intensive, the intensive area is divided into several independent metrology blocks, block by block to find the leakage of pipe network; repair leakage damage point or remake the serious loss of water supply pipelines . Through the practice of intensive water supply in a certain area in Shanghai, the method is proved to be effective and effective, greatly reducing the leakage rate of the original water supply pipeline and saving the construction cost of water supply enterprises.
