秃疮花[Dicranostigma leptopodium(Maxim.)Fedde.]系罂粟科植物,又名秃子花,分布于河南、山西和甘肃等省,在陕西北部及关中地区野生尤多。该植物的带根全草民间供药用,有清热解毒、消肿、止痛及杀虫等功效,主治咽喉痛、秃疮、疥癣及痈疽等症。关于秃疮花的化学成分尚未见前人报道,因此我们进行了研究,从其全草中共分离出5个结晶。晶1为类白色柱状结晶,熔点186℃,质谱M~+m/e341,分子式 C_(20)H_(23)NO_4,[a]_D~(26)+195.4°,紫外光谱267,304nm(logε4.17,3.97),红外光谱2910(OCH_3),2840(N—CH_3),3150(OH);核磁共振谱(CDCl_3,δ):2.44(C—CH_3),3.65(OCH_3),3.81(OCH_3),3.85(OCH_3),8.76(OH,加重水消失)。从以上数据推断晶1即异紫堇碱(isocorydine),经与标准品测混合熔点亦不下降。
Dicranostigma leptopodium (Maxim.) Fedde.] is a family of poppy plants, also known as bald flowers, distributed in Henan, Shanxi, and Gansu provinces, and is particularly abundant in the northern Shaanxi and Guanzhong areas. The plant is rooted in the grass and used for medicinal purposes. It has the functions of detoxification, detumescence, analgesia, and insecticidal effects, and it can be used to treat sore throat, bald sore, phlegm, and hernia. The chemical composition of alopecia areata has not been previously reported, so we conducted a study and isolated 5 crystals from its whole plant. Crystal 1 is a white columnar crystal, melting point 186 °C, mass spectrometry M~+m/e341, molecular formula C_(20)H_(23)NO_4, [a]_D~(26)+195.4°, UV spectrum 267,304 nm (logε4. 17,3.97), Infrared Spectrum 2910 (OCH_3), 2840 (N-CH_3), 3150 (OH); Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Spectrum (CDCl_3, δ): 2.44 (C-CH_3), 3.65 (OCH_3), 3.81 (OCH_3), 3.85 (OCH_3), 8.76 (OH, aggravated water disappears). From the above data it was deduced that crystal 1, iscorydine, did not decrease in melting point as measured by the standard.
