前报鹰爪豆碱[(+)-sparteine,Pachy-carpine]有明显持久的兴奋骨骼肌作用。左旋异构体(-)-sparteine 对骨骼肌的作用已见报道。为了解两者的异同我们对左旋硫酸斯巴丁与鹰爪豆碱的骨骼肌兴奋作用进行初步比较。材料鹰爪豆碱的氢碘酸盐系本室植化组提供。(-)-sparteine 硫酸盐为Emerck 厂出品,时以生理用盐水配成适当浓度供静脉注射用。方法与结果一、对骨骼肌作用的比较1.对家兔胫前肌活动的作用:健康成年家兔20只,雌雄皆有,体重2—3公斤,乌拉坦麻醉。制成腓总神经——胫前肌标本。切断腓总神经,以方波刺激腓总神经远中端(波宽0.3毫秒,频率1次/10秒,超强电压),记录胫前肌收缩曲线。动物分两组,一组给鹰爪豆碱40毫克/公斤,一组给硫酸斯巴丁20毫克/公斤,给药后均观察1小时。结果两药皆有非常显著的兴奋骨骼肌作用,并且作用均维持1小时以上,在所用剂量下硫酸斯巴丁强于鹰爪豆碱(表1)。2.对猫胫前肌作用的比较:成年猫10只,雌雄皆有,体重1.5—2.5公斤,乌拉坦麻醉,实验方法及刺激参数同前。股静脉注射鹰爪豆
The previously reported stilbenoid [(+)-sparteine, Pachy-carpine] has apparently long-lasting excitatory skeletal muscle effects. The effect of the levorotatory isomer (-)-sparteine on skeletal muscle has been reported. To understand the similarities and differences between the two, we performed a preliminary comparison of the skeletal muscle excitatory effects of Spartaine Sulfate and sigma. The material hydroidiodate of saccharine was provided in the phytochemical group of this chamber. (-)-Sparteine Sulfate is manufactured by Emerck and is formulated as a physiological saline solution for intravenous injection. Methods and Results 1. Comparison of the effects on skeletal muscles 1. Effect on the activity of the anterior tibial muscle in rabbits: Twenty healthy adult rabbits, both male and female, weighing 2-3 kg, were treated with urethane. Made of the common peroneal nerve - anterior tibial muscle specimen. The peroneal nerve was cut off, and the square wave was used to stimulate the distal far end of the common peroneal nerve (wave width 0.3 ms, frequency 1 time/10 sec, super voltage), and the anterior tibial muscle contraction curve was recorded. Animals were divided into two groups, one group gave splayed bean 40 mg/kg, one group gave Spartium sulfate 20 mg/kg, and all were observed for 1 hour after administration. Results Both drugs had very significant excitatory skeletal muscle effects, and the effects were maintained for more than one hour. Spartaine sulfate was stronger than stilfene at the doses used (Table 1). 2. Comparison of the effects of fetal anterior muscle: Ten adult cats, both male and female, weighing 1.5-2.5 kg, anesthesia with urethane, experimental methods and stimulation parameters are the same.
