利用定量逐层研磨和计算机辅助重构和可视化技术研究了在Fe - 0 2 8C - 3 0Mo(mass % )合金中TTT曲线港湾 (Bay)鼻尖温度以下形成的退化铁素体的三维形态。退化铁素体的三维观察和分析表明 ,退化铁素体起初是在奥氏体晶界上形成 ,然后长向晶内 ,而不是向晶界扩展。退化铁素体是由棒状的亚单元组成 ,每个亚单元的直径约为 1- 2微米 ,长度为几微米。该合金中退化铁素体的奇特形貌可能是由铁素体晶粒的重复形核和长大以及临近铁素体晶粒的合并而形成的
The three - dimensional morphology of degenerate ferrite formed below the tip temperature of the TTT curve in the Fe - 0 2 8C - 3 0Mo (mass%) alloy was studied by means of quantitative layering and computer aided reconstruction and visualization. Three-dimensional observation and analysis of degenerate ferrite showed that degenerated ferrite was initially formed on the austenite grain boundaries and then grows into the grains instead of expanding to the grain boundaries. Degraded ferrite consists of rod-shaped subunits each having a diameter of about 1-2 microns and a length of a few microns. The peculiar morphology of degenerated ferrite in the alloy may be formed by the repeated nucleation and growth of ferrite grains and the combination of adjacent ferrite grains
