3,5-diBr-PAMB 即2-[2-(3,5-二溴吡啶基)偶氮]-5-二甲胺基苯甲酸和 Co(Ⅲ)络合成稳定的能被二氯甲烷萃取的绿色络合物,在波长673nm 处的摩尔吸收系数为1. 55×10~5l mol~-cm~-。标准曲线的线性范围在0～3. 5μg/10ml 二氯甲烷液。灵敏度为3. 8×10~(-4) μg cm~(-2) ,用本方法测定 NBS 的煤飘尘和合成标准样,结果与实际含量相一致。
