时代进步为信息化开辟了发展空间,随着当前信息化建设,一些信息化媒介深入人心,并逐渐成为人们生活中不可或缺的生活必需品。自2011年年初腾讯公司推行新款APP——微信后,这种便捷式的通讯服务在短期间运用图文并茂的方式向新时代的人们描绘出另类信息通讯方式。除了传统的聊天服务外,微信还增添公众账号平台,将移动用户与公众平台相互连接,从而增加两者之间的沟通。截至2014年年底,微信注册人群已然达到7亿,面对微信平台众多消费群体,各商家以及品牌企业也纷纷使出浑身系数,不断拓展企业营销渠道。除商家企业品牌以外,各种公共服务机构也开通微信公众平台以便更好地服务受众群体,而图书馆作为社会受众的精神汲取地,也应跟随时代发展通过多种渠道扩展服务平台,更好服务大众。基于此,本文以微信公众平台在国内图书馆服务中的应用为研究对象,对其进行研究与分析,分析图书馆服务中微信公众平台应用。
The progress of the times has opened up the development space for informationization. With the current information construction, some information media enjoys popular support and has become an indispensable daily necessities of life. Since early 2011, when Tencent launched the new APP, WeChat, this convenient communication service has used short-term and pictorial methods to portray alternative information and communication methods for people in the new era. In addition to traditional chatting services, WeChat also added a public account platform to connect mobile users with public platforms, thereby increasing communication between the two. As of the end of 2014, WeChat registered population has reached 700 million. Faced with many consumer groups in WeChat platform, various businesses and brand-name enterprises also exert themselves to expand their marketing channels. In addition to business and corporate brands, various public service agencies also open WeChat public platform in order to better serve the audience, and libraries as a social audience to learn from the spirit, but also should follow the development of the times through a variety of channels to expand the service platform, better to serve the public. Based on this, this article takes the application of WeChat public platform in the domestic library service as the research object, conducts research and analysis on it, and analyzes the application of the WeChat public platform in the library service.
