在学校教育中,影响教学质效的根本因素主要有两类:一类是智力性因素,一类是非智力性的情感因素。如果说开启智力必需师生双方共同努力紧密配合的话,那么激活学习情感因素的主动权则完全掌握在教师单方的手里。教学实践中我们不难发现,情感因素所起的作用效果往往表现得非常地直接和明显。因此,兴趣教学是不折不扣的首要原则。有了兴趣使然,学生就能滋生“我想学、我要学”的内在心理,学习的主观能动性就能得以最大限度地激发。它对于活泼生动而缺少责任意识的初中学生来说,显得相当重要而不可缺失。教师既要挖掘兴趣因素,又要植入兴趣元素,让兴趣成为引领学习的有效牵引力,从而逐步把之引向情感学习的星光大道与神圣殿堂。
