为适应新课标的要求,作为中学数学教育工作者应根据学生学习数学的现实状况,大胆地做出一些有益地尝试,这对提高全体学生的数学学习质量有着至关重要的促进作用。因此,本文围绕在转变教学思维、创新教学模式,改进教学手段,优化教学方案等方面提出了个人的几点心得体会,供行内同事交流指正,从而为培养出社会发展需要的各类人才奠定坚实的基础。
In order to meet the requirements of the new curriculum standards, as a middle school mathematics educator should make some helpful attempts according to the actual situation of students’ learning mathematics, which plays an important role in promoting the mathematics learning quality of all students. Therefore, this article puts forward some personal experience about changing teaching thinking, innovating teaching mode, improving teaching methods, optimizing teaching plan, etc., so as to exchange and correct my colleagues in the field and lay a solid foundation for cultivating all kinds of talents needed for social development Foundation.
