去年以来,《现代商业银行》杂志陆续发表了关于加快创建学习型银行及如何创建学习型银行方面的文章,读后深受启发,有了“知识经济时代要求银行成为学习型组织、要有一个创建组织学习环境的基础、要以稳健推进为原则、要以激励创新为根本、要以银行文化为特质、要以人为本、要不断增强现代商业银行的学习力”的初步认识。今年“两会”通过了以科学发展观为主线的《政府工作报告》,我们国家从此踏上科学发展的征程。我认为在银行业只有创建学习型银行,才能贯彻“两会”提出的科学发展观。所以,当我在温故《现代商业银行》相应的文章后,对如何加快创建学习型银行又有了新的体会:
