A compound was isolated from the root of Aconitum frondosa, which was determined to be a hetisine diterpene alkaloid. Its structure is 13-acetyl-14-hydroxy-2-propionyl-haititicin. For a new compound. This article reports the application of selective remote DEPT technology in the structure and NMR signal assignment of this compound.
