This article introduces the innovative ultra-high-speed, high-capacity electronic recording technology that requires the generation of electron beams using carbon nanotechnology. The paper describes the physical process of forming its electron beam, analyzes the basic characteristics of the electron beam, and proposes the design scheme of the memory. Compared with the existing magnetic hard disk memory, electron beam memory can provide greater storage capacity and higher access speed. One of its possible applications is as a removable storage device for digital cameras.
