生物学是一门实验科学。为了使学生更好地掌握生物学的基础知识和基本理论,无论国内还是国外,中学生物学教科书都编写了若干实验。下面简要介绍美国纽约州高中生物学教科书所列举的实验内容,计有下列十六项: 1.提出问题或建立假说。 2.根据提出的问题,选择适当的试验材料、安全可靠的设备和适当的观察方法。 3.区分试验中的控制因素和可变因素。 4.认识光学显微镜的各部分及其功能;调节低倍镜和高倍镜的焦点。
Biology is an experimental science. In order to enable students to better grasp the basic knowledge of biology and basic theory, both at home and abroad, high school biology textbooks have written a number of experiments. Here is a brief introduction to the New York State High School biology textbook enumeration of the experiment, the following sixteen items: 1. Ask a question or establish a hypothesis. 2. Based on the issues raised, select the appropriate test material, safe and reliable equipment and appropriate observation methods. 3. Differentiate the control factors and variables in the test. 4. Understand the various parts of the optical microscope and its functions; adjust the focus of low magnification and high magnification.
