增压式水机磨蚀试验台较其它试验装置更为逼真地模拟了水轮机水流状态.其特点在于试验转轮体叶片即为试件,试验介质为黄河天然含沙水并能在短时期内出成果.本文论述了利用该装置所取得的一些试验成果,探讨了含沙水流下不同材料磨蚀形状的成因.
Turbocharged water abrasion test bench simulates the turbine flow state more vividly than other test devices, which is characterized by that the test runner body blade is a test piece, the test medium is natural and sandy water of the Yellow River and can be discharged in a short period of time Results In this paper, some experimental results obtained by this device are discussed, and the causes of abrasive shapes of different materials under sandy flow are discussed.
