在小型流化床燃烧试验台上对桦甸油页岩及其干馏半焦、霍林河褐煤燃烧过程破碎特性进行试验研究,考察燃料粒径、床温、燃烧时间、流化风速对样品热破碎程度的影响。结果表明:油页岩及半焦的破碎主要在颗粒表面上进行,破碎后主要为细颗粒碎片,半焦的破碎程度比油页岩剧烈;燃料粒径增大、床温升高,停留时间延长均会加大样品破碎程度;干馏终温对半焦破碎特性有重要影响,随着干馏终温增大,半焦破碎严重。灰色关联分析表明:干馏终温为400、500℃的半焦和原油页岩热破碎影响因素排序为床温最大,粒径次之,燃烧时间最小;而600℃半焦略有不同,流化风速影响程度大于粒径的影响。
