1940年生于湖南省邵阳市。1963年毕业于湖南师范大学艺术学院美术系。曾任湖南水墨画艺委会主任、湖南省政协委员。现为湖南书画研究院专职画家、中国美术家协会会员、一级美术师。
Born in 1940 in Shaoyang City, Hunan Province. In 1963 graduated from Hunan Normal University Art Department of Fine Arts. Former Hunan Ink Painting Art Director, CPPCC Hunan Provincial Committee. Hunan Painting and Calligraphy Institute is now full-time painter, member of the Chinese Artists Association, an artist.
