目前,得到商业应用的炉外脱硅法有多种,这些方法各有其优、缺点。在特定的条件下适用,这些炉外脱硅法可归纳为两种:高炉铁水沟脱硅法和氮气鼓泡脱硅法。 1、高炉铁水沟脱硅法高炉铁水沟脱硅法是在出铁时将脱硅剂加至铁水沟中进行脱硅。该法可降低投资成本、减少处理时间,按脱硅剂的加入方法不同,又可分为两种方法。 (1)软加料法软加料法是将脱硅剂靠重力加入到铁水流中。由于脱硅剂靠重力进入铁水,即使脱硅剂反应性较好,脱硅次序也会受到限制。 (2)上部喷吹法本法的目的是要增加反应动能。上部喷吹法是在出铁场铁水连续脱硅的最好方法。
