镀制多层宽带光学增透膜是改善镜头成象质量,提高光能透过率和协调彩色平衡的必要手段。本文采用二次设计原理,结合正交试验法编制膜系自动设计程序。设计结果表明不但光学性能优良,而且工艺稳定性好,从而可以利用误差来源多、控制精度低的设备镀制出高质量的膜系。文中详述了设计方法并给出程序框图和设计结果。
Plating multi-layer broadband optical anti-reflective coating is to improve the quality of the lens imaging, improve light transmittance and the necessary means to coordinate the color balance. In this paper, the principle of secondary design, combined with orthogonal test method for the preparation of automatic membrane design program. The design results show that not only the optical performance is good, but also the process stability is good. Therefore, the film system with high error can be utilized to produce the high quality film system by using the equipment with low error rate. The paper details the design method and gives the block diagram and design results.
