本文对36例过敏性紫癜(AP)伴心肌损害患儿分析资料表明:AP累及多器官、消化道出血、并发氮质血症者心电图异常发生率高,心肌酶谱亦增高且持续时间长,大多数心肌酶谱及心电图异常随主要症状消失而恢复正常。但消化道出血、氮质血症者应随访及积极治疗。并重点讨论了AP患者心肌酶谱及心电图变化可作为心肌受损的指标。
In this paper, 36 cases of allergic purpura (AP) with myocardial damage in children analyzed data show that: AP involving multiple organs, gastrointestinal bleeding, azotemia and complications of ECG abnormalities, myocardial enzymes also increased and long duration, Most myocardial enzymes and ECG abnormalities disappear with the main symptoms returned to normal. However, gastrointestinal bleeding, azotemia should be followed up and active treatment. And focus on the AP patients with myocardial enzymes and ECG changes can be used as an indicator of myocardial damage.
