本文扼要地叙述了球面的性质与形成原理;加工球面的专用工具与切削参数;操作方法与调整量的计算等。并着重提出:当工件和刀盘的中心高有误差时,对工件的几何形状的影响,及如何调整刀盘的中心高,以满足工件较高的几何形状。笔者推导出:任意点曲率半径公式,曲率半径最大差值公式;总结出中心高误差与曲率半径最大差值的关系;分析了刀尖回转半径对球面精度的影响,并在生产实践中得到佐证,这对提高球面的加工精度颇有益处。
This article briefly describes the nature of the spherical surface and the formation of the principle of processing spherical special tools and cutting parameters; operation and adjustment of the amount of calculation. The paper also puts forward emphatically: when the center of work piece and cutter head has high error, the influence on workpiece geometry and how to adjust the center height of cutter head to meet the higher geometric shape of workpiece. The author derives the formula of curvature radius at arbitrary point and the formula of the maximum radius of curvature difference, concludes the relationship between the center height error and the maximum radius of curvature difference, and analyzes the influence of tool radius on the spherical accuracy, which is proved in the production practice , Which is quite beneficial to improve the processing accuracy of the sphere.
