针对分层开采井生产特点,建立考虑层间干扰的分层优化配产模型。该模型的特点为:将天然气从地层到井底的流动看作多压力系统(相当于多井生产),从井底到井口的流动认为是单压力系统(相当于单井生产),通过优化井下气嘴和考虑合理产量影响因素配产使各分采层段的产能达到最大。对该模型求解并编制软件,利用该软件可确定分层开采气井的合理产量,优化相关工艺参数,从而使分层开采时各层达到最优的产能贡献。
According to the production characteristics of stratified production wells, a stratified optimal allocation model considering interlayer interference is established.
