我院自1998年10月以来应用彩色多普勒超声(CDFI)检测正常妊娠及妊高征胎儿脐动脉、大脑中动脉血流,以期探讨预测胎儿发育的可靠方法,现报道如下。 资料与方法 完整住院病例114例,孕期28~42周,孕妇年龄22~36岁。全部病例分为两组,正常妊娠组72例,妊高征组42例,其中轻度妊高征23例,中度妊高征17例,重度妊高征2例。妊高征分类按照全国统编教材《妇产科学》为标准。 采用ATL公司HDI 3000彩色多普勒超声仪,探头频率2~4MHz,取样容积2mm。常规产科超声检查后,检测胎儿
Our hospital since October 1998 has been using color Doppler ultrasound (CDFI) detection of normal pregnancy and pregnancy-induced hypertension fetus umbilical artery, middle cerebral artery blood flow, in order to explore a reliable method of predicting fetal development, are reported below. Materials and Methods 114 cases of complete hospitalization, 28 to 42 weeks of pregnancy, pregnant women aged 22 to 36 years.
