开放式网络百科信息因为其独有的特点,能够和馆藏资源形成良好补充,共同为图书馆知识服务提供资源保障,本文研究了利用开放式网络百科进行图书馆知识服务时的质量控制问题。论文首先阐述了开放式网络百科信息在学术和日常搜索中的利用情况,并结合其特点构建了基于知识服务流程的质量控制框架,然后分别从开放式网络百科的信息质量、图书馆应用质量和服务质量三个方面对其进行探讨,并给出了相关制度以保障质量控制方案的顺利实施。本研究对于图书馆进一步整合更大范围内的网络资源同样具有参考价值。
Because of its unique characteristics, Encyclopedia of Open Encyclopedia can complement the collection resources and provide resource guarantee for library knowledge service. This paper studies the quality control of Encyclopedia of Open Encyclopedia. Firstly, this paper expounds the utilization of open encyclopedic information in academic and daily search, and constructs a quality control framework based on knowledge service process based on its characteristics. Then, from the aspects of information quality of open encyclopedia, application quality of library and Service quality of the three aspects of its discussion, and gives the relevant system to ensure the smooth implementation of quality control programs. This research also has reference value for the library to further integrate the network resources in a wider area.
