我院研制的“快干RCP锈转化保护剂”(以下简称“快干RCP”)于1988年4月22日至23日由湖北省教育委员会主持通过了专家鉴定。“快干RCP”是在“23—6Ⅱ型带锈防锈剂”的基础上,经过配方筛选、研制发展起来的一种新型涂料。该产品经武汉水运化工厂试制,经武钢钢研所、武汉质检所、武汉职业病防治所等单位检测,证明该产品各项指标符合有关要求,并经武汉轻型汽车制造厂试用证明
Developed in our hospital, “quick-drying RCP rust conversion protection agent” (hereinafter referred to as “quick-drying RCP”) on April 22, 1988 to 23, presided over by the Hubei Provincial Education Commission passed the expert appraisal. “Quick dry RCP” is based on the “23-6 Ⅱ with rust inhibitor,” based on the formula screening, developed a new type of paint developed. This product has been tested by Wuhan Marine Chemical Plant and tested by Wuhan Iron and Steel Research Institute, Wuhan Quality Inspection Institute and Wuhan Occupational Disease Prevention and Control Bureau, which proves that the indexes of the product meet the relevant requirements and has been proved by Wuhan Light-duty Automobile Manufacturing Factory
