目的定性和定量分析菲牛蛭中的脂肪酸、氨基酸和微量元素成分。方法采用气相色谱/质谱法、高效液相色谱法和电感偶合等离子发射光谱法,对菲牛蛭中的化学成分进行分析。结果菲牛蛭中含有16种脂肪酸,其中不饱和脂肪酸占脂肪酸总量的34.05%。18种氨基酸,其中七种人体必需的氨基酸占所得氨基酸总量的28.16%。测得微量元素8种:Ca、Cr、Cu、Fe、Mg、Mn、V和Zn,其中Ca、Zn和Fe的含量明显高于其他微量元素的含量。结论本文全面报道了菲牛蛭中各种化学成分的含量测定。
Objective To qualitatively and quantitatively analyze fatty acids, amino acids and trace elements in Philippine burdock. Methods Gas chromatography/mass spectrometry, high performance liquid chromatography and inductively coupled plasma-emission spectroscopy were used to analyze the chemical constituents in Philippine burdock. Results The flavonoids contained 16 fatty acids, of which unsaturated fatty acids accounted for 34.05% of the total fatty acids. Of the 18 amino acids, seven essential amino acids account for 28.16% of the total amino acids obtained. Eight trace elements were measured: Ca, Cr, Cu, Fe, Mg, Mn, V, and Zn, and the contents of Ca, Zn, and Fe were significantly higher than those of other trace elements. Conclusion This article comprehensively reported the determination of various chemical constituents in Philippine burdock.
