用D-半乳糖所致衰老模型组和正常对照组小鼠的海马制备突触体总蛋白,进行SDS-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳及薄层扫描分析。结果:和对照组相比D-半乳糖造模组海马有8种蛋白的相对百分含量变化大于5%,4种升高,4种降低。提示:D-半乳糖可能对小鼠海马多种突触蛋白的相对百分含量均有影响
Synaptophysin protein was prepared from the hippocampus of D-galactose-induced aging model group and normal control mice and analyzed by SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and TLC. Results: Compared with the control group, the relative percentages of 8 proteins in the hippocampus of D-galactose-induced model group were more than 5%, 4 were increased and 4 were decreased. Tip: D-galactose may affect the relative percentage of multiple synaptic proteins in the hippocampus of mice
