人大代表论坛是代表活动的一个平台,是海口市人大常委会创造性开展监督工作的一种有效形式。11月2日,海口市第十次“人大代表论坛”在海口市第二办公区综合楼举行,论坛的主题是“推进城乡学前教育均衡发展”。市人大常委会主任高锦全,副主任陈琼玻、钟万荣、陈毓芬,秘书长刘蔚和副市长韩美和10多名市人大代表以及教育等相关职能部门主要负责人出席论坛。论坛还特别邀请了部分幼儿园园长、教师和市民代表参加旁听。高锦全要求,市政府及其相关职能部门充分听取代表的建议意见,科学制定并落实学前教育发展规划,努力把论坛的成果转化为发展学前教育措施,不断提高学前教育工作水平。本刊摘要刊发代表们的发言,希望引起广泛关注,为了进一步督促和推动海口市各级政府强化发展学前教育的工作,营造全社会关心支持学前教育良好氛围,促进全市学前教育科学、均衡发展。
