2014年10月27日上午,第二届“中国公共考古·仰韶论坛”在三门峡市举行。论坛由中国社会科学院考古研究所、河南省文物局和三门峡人民政府主办,中国考古学会公共考古指导委员会、三门峡市文广新局、中国社会科学院考古研究所中国考古网和渑池县人民政府承办。仰韶论坛分为公共考古演讲和公共考古研讨两大部分。公共考古演讲部分:中国社会科学院考古研究所王仁湘研究员作了《馒头与面包——由小麦引进看饮食文化传统
