由全国政协经济委员会、省政协经济委员会和洛阳市政协联合组织的“搞好国有大型企业”调研会于4月下旬在洛阳市举行.出席会议的有全国政协副主席万国权,全国政协经济委员会副主任李刚、程连昌,委员王珏、杨启先、鞠庆麒、黄书谋和北京大学教授黄敦,省政协副主席胡悌云和省直有关方面的负责同志、理论工作者,十个大型国有企业的负责同志共50余人.与会同志首先实地调查了十大企业的生产管理情况,阅读了有关资料,然后认真分析了企业的现状、面临的困难和问题及深层次的原因,提出了搞好国有大型企业的建议.现将会议的主要观点综述如下:
The research meeting on “Profiting Large State-Owned Enterprises” jointly organized by the Economic Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, the Provincial Economic Committee of the CPPCC Political Consultative Conference and the Luoyang Municipal CPPCC was held in Luoyang City in late April. The Vice Chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, Wan Guoquan, and the Economic Committee of the CPPCC National Committee were present at the meeting. Deputy Directors Li Gang, Cheng Lianchang, members Wang Yi, Yang Qixian, Zhao Qingyu, Huang Shumou and Professor Huang Dun of Peking University, Hu Jinyun, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, and responsible comrades and theoreticians of relevant departments, and responsible comrades of ten large state-owned enterprises Yu Ren. Comrades at the meeting first field surveyed the production management of the top ten companies, read the relevant information, and then carefully analyzed the current status of the company, the difficulties and problems faced and the underlying causes, and put forward suggestions for doing well in large-scale state-owned enterprises. The main points of the meeting are summarized below:
