欧洲标准BS EN13674-2:2006的硬头轨,热处理硬化层深达20 mm以上,表面硬度350~390 HBW,拉伸性能要求强韧性配合良好。试验表明,已有钢轨轨头仿形加热感应器不适用硬头轨热处理,试验反复出现硬化层深、硬度和强韧性三者不能统一的矛盾。分析原因表明,轨头断面温度分布梯度大,致使轨头圆角部位达到甚至超过了奥氏体晶粒度粗化温度。为使轨头温度分布均匀,改进了钢轨轨头加热感应器结构,制作了新的感应器,使轨头硬化层深、硬度和拉伸性能的矛盾得以解决。

Analysis shows that the rail head section temperature distribution gradient, resulting in rail rounded corners or even beyond the austenite grain size coarsening temperature. In order to make the temperature distribution of rail head uniform, the structure of rail head heating sensor was improved and a new inductor was made, which solved the contradiction between depth, hardness and tensile property of rail head hardened layer.
