以SD鼠为材料,阻断单侧和双侧颈总动脉10min,用免疫细胞化学ABC法,对大脑中动脉壁含血管活性肠肽(VIP)和神经肽Y(NPY)神经纤维的长度密度(LV)和形态作了研究.结果;含VIP神经纤维LV在缺血后早期(1~7d)比正常增加,随后逐渐下降至正常;神经纤维形态与正常无大异,含NPY神经纤维Lv形态在缺血后无明显变化.由于WIP扩张血管作用持久,在出现病理状态造成脑血流量减少时,可持久地维持血流量.
The SD rats were used to block the unilateral and bilateral common carotid arteries for 10 min. Immunocytochemical ABC method was used to measure the density of vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIP) and neuropeptide Y (NPY) nerve fibers in the middle cerebral artery (LV) and morphology were studied.Results: LV with VIP nerve fibers increased more than normal at 1 ~ 7d after ischemia, and then gradually decreased to normal. There was no significant difference between the shape of nerve fibers and the normal ones, including NPY nerve fiber Lv There was no significant change in the morphology after ischemia, and as WIP dilates blood vessels, lasting blood flow can be sustained when there is a reduction in cerebral blood flow due to pathological conditions.
