患者女,35岁,因发现右臀部肿块3年增大2个月就诊。患者3年前偶然发现右臀部一肿块,初时如龙眼大小,生长缓慢,无特殊不适。近2个月来渐见长大,现如乒乓球大小,不痛,不痒,偶有麻木感。体检:肿块质硬,活动,与皮肤无粘连,轻触痛。手术所见:右臀部坐骨结节外侧稍上方,皮下组织内见一乒乓球大小肿块,包膜完整,质硬,易摘除。临床诊断:1.右臀部纤维瘤,2.右坐骨结节囊肿伴钙化?病理检查:巨检:灰白色椭圆形肿块一个,表面不平,35×3×2.4cm,包膜完整,切面灰白色,质硬,
