对111例癫痫症者的BAEP进行了研究,以164例健康人的BAEP正常值为对照,结果发现:1.癫痫症组BAEPs各主波(Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ)的PLs和IPLs与对照组多有非常显著性差异;2.经F检验与卡方检验发现,虽引起这些差异的原因多样,但服用DPH系主要因素之一;3.BAEP之异常尤其与DPH血浓度(>20μg/ml者,BAEP异常率达80%)和服用DPH时间长短(>5年者,异常率为66.7～78.7%)密切有关;4.DPH对BAEPs的影响有性别差异。
The BAEP of 111 cases of epilepsy were studied. The normal BAEP of 164 healthy people was used as control. The results showed that: 1. PLs and IPLs of the main waves (Ⅰ, Ⅲ, Ⅴ) of BAEPs in epilepsy group were significantly lower than those in control group There are very significant differences; 2.F-test and chi-square test found that although these differences caused by various reasons, but taking one of the main factors of DPH; 3.BAEP abnormalities, especially with the blood concentration of DPH (> 20μg / ml , The abnormal rate of BAEP was 80%) and the duration of DPH (> 5 years, the abnormal rate was 66.7 ~ 78.7%). 4. The effect of DPH on BAEPs had gender differences.
