由于底部两层框架砖房超越了现行《建筑抗震设计规范》(CBJ11-89)的有关规定,而这种结构在实际工程中应用较广泛,根据底部二层框架上部四层砖混结构的1/5比例模型模拟地震振动台试验,并对1/5比例模型和原型房屋进行了动力分析。试验及理论分析表明:底部两层框架砖房具有较强的抗震能力,完全符合抗震设计要求,可以用于7度抗震设防区。
Because the bottom two-story frame brick house goes beyond the relevant provisions of the current Code for Seismic Design of Buildings (CBJ11-89), and this kind of structure is widely used in practical engineering. According to the 1 / 5 ratio model to simulate the shaking table test, and the 1/5 scale model and the prototype house were analyzed. Experimental and theoretical analysis shows that the bottom two-story frame brick house has strong anti-seismic capability, fully meets the seismic design requirements, and can be used in the 7-degree seismic fortification zone.
