根据我国和也门共和国签署的《中也谅解备忘录》要求,从3月1日起,我国检验检疫机构将对出口也门的工业产品实施装运前检验,也门官方凭装运前检验证书予以入境放行。至此,也门成为继塞拉利昂、埃塞俄比亚、埃及、伊朗和苏丹之后第6个由我国检验检疫机构实施出口产品装运前检验的国家。据了解,并非所有出口也门工业产品都需要向检验检疫机构申请办理装运前检验手续,只有范围在《商品名称及编码协
