1991年的11月,虽然已是初冬时节,但人们心里却充溢着阵阵暖意。20日下午2时50分,中共中央总书记江泽民同志来到马鞍山市师范附小视察。 江总书记登上教学楼,走进二(1)班教室,与教师亲切握手,并关切地询问学生们的学习情况。在二楼长廊上,江总书记环顾学校崭新的融徽派与苏式园林风格于一体的建筑群,连连称赞:“学校建得漂亮!”在视察中,江总书记与正在上课的教师一一握手、问候。在六(2)班,江总书记用流利的英语与正在上英语课的师生对话,称赞教师板书好。在微机室里,江总书记仔细地了解了机型及功能,并勉励师生:“要朝这个方向努力,”在美术室里,江总书记了解到同学们在老师的指导下正在制作贺年卡时,高兴地称赞:“这样好,既动手劳动,又勤俭节约。”当天晚上,江总书记又不辞辛苦,挥毫为附小题词:“热爱祖国,热爱人民,热爱社会主义。”(摘自1991年11月21日《马鞍山日报》)
