目的观察视神经生长因子(NGF)治疗视神经视网膜挫伤的疗效。方法26例(26眼)视神经视网膜挫伤患者应用NGF和血管扩张剂药物治疗。对比治疗前后视力的变化。采用图形诱发电位(PVEP)作为疗效观察指标,对比观察伤眼治疗前后的PVEP潜时的改变。结果药物治疗后恢复正常视力13眼占总数的49.9%,有显著疗效者10眼,占总数的38.4%,视力有进步者2眼,占总数的7.7%,治疗后视力无效者1眼,占3.8%,总有效率96.0%。治疗前后VEPP100波幅均值伤眼对比:分别为236.6±20.81,132.6±8.16,P<0.01,差异有统计学意义。结论NGF治疗外伤性视神经视网膜挫伤具有显著性疗效。
Objective To observe the effect of optic nerve growth factor (NGF) on optic nerve retinal contusion. Methods 26 cases (26 eyes) of optic nerve retinal contusion were treated with NGF and vasodilator drugs. Compare the changes of visual acuity before and after treatment. The use of graph evoked potential (PVEP) as a curative effect observation index, comparing the change of PVEP latent time before and after injury eye treatment. Results After treatment, 13 eyes recovered to normal vision, accounting for 49.9% of the total. There were 10 eyes with significant effect, accounting for 38.4% of the total, 2 eyes with progressive vision, accounting for 7.7% of the total, 1 eyes with ineffective vision after treatment, accounting for 3.8%, the total efficiency of 96.0%. VEPP100 amplitude before and after treatment of injured eye contrast: respectively, 236.6 ± 20.81,132.6 ± 8.16, P <0.01, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion NGF treatment of traumatic optic nerve retinal contusion has a significant effect.
