目的 分析心理护理对行鼻内镜手术治疗鼻息肉患者的影响.方法 选择2018年1月～2020年12月于本院接受鼻内镜手术治疗的鼻息肉患者122例观察研究,根据随机抽签方式分作两组,对照组患者实施常规护理,观察组患者在其基础上开展心理护理,对比两组患者此次治疗依从性情况,评估各组患者护理前后心理状态变化,分析两组患者护理前后生活质量变化差异,统计各组患者对本次护理服务的满意度情况.结果 观察组患者此次治疗总依从性明显高于对照组(P＜0.05).两组患者未开展护理前,心态评分、生活质量评分结果均无统计学差异(P＞0.05),观察组患者经过心理护理干预后,心境量表各评分结果均低于对照组(P＜0.05),生活质量各项评分结果高于对照组(P＜0.05).同时,观察组患者表示对本次护理服务总满意度高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 鼻息肉患者经鼻内镜手术治疗期间配合心理护理干预能够有效改善患者紧张、抑郁等不良心理状态,提高患者依从性及满意度,促进护患关系的融洽,值得推广.“,”Objective Analyzing the influence of psychological nursing on patients with nasal polyps undergoing endoscopic sinus surgery. Methods An observation study of 122 patients with nasal polyps who underwent endoscopic sinus surgery in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 was selected. According to the random lottery method, they were divided into two groups. The patients in the control group received routine care, and the patients in the observation group carried out psychological nursing on the basis of this, and compared the two groups of patients\'\' compliance with this treatment, assess the changes in the mental state of each group of patients before and after care, analyze the differences in the quality of life of the two groups of patients before and after care, and calculate the satisfaction of each group of patients with this care happening. Results The total compliance of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P＜0.05). Before nursing, there was no statistical difference between the two groups of patients in mentality score and quality of life score (P＞0.05). After psychological nursing intervention in the observation group, the scores of the mood scale were lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05), the quality of life scores were higher than those of the control group (P＜0.05). At the same time, patients in the observation group indicated that their overall satisfaction with this nursing service was higher than that in the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion Cooperating with psychological nursing intervention during the treatment of nasal polyps patients with endoscopic sinus surgery can effectively improve the patient\'\'s unhealthy mental state such as tension and depression, improve patient compliance and satisfaction, and promote harmony between nurses and patients, which is worthy of promotion.
